§ 02 Our approach
How we handle suspension & steering
We inspect the whole front and rear suspension: air springs, leveling valves, leaf springs and hangers, shocks, torque rods, bushings, U-bolts and frame mounts. On the steering side we check kingpins, tie rod ends, drag links, the steering gear and the steering shaft for play and leaks.
Repairs are done with the correct torque on U-bolts and fasteners and ride height set to spec, which matters for driveline angles and fuel economy as much as comfort. We also service wheel ends — seals, bearings and hub oil — while we are there.

§ 05 FAQ
Suspension & Steering questions
Do you do wheel alignments?
We repair the components that cause alignment problems and set ride height. For a full computerized alignment we can coordinate with an alignment shop after the repairs are done.
Why are my steer tires wearing unevenly?
Worn kingpins, tie rod ends, incorrect toe or a bent component are common causes. We inspect for each and explain what we find.
Can air bag leaks be fixed on the roadside?
Often, yes. Air springs, leveling valves and air lines are common on-site repairs.
