A/C and heater repair for a cab that’s livable in every season
Drivers spend long days in the cab. We get the air cold in July and the heat strong in January — with leak testing, not just a recharge.

A/C & Heating§ 01 Signs it’s time
Call us if you’re seeing this
- 01A/C blowing warm or only cold at highway speed
- 02Hissing, oily residue or A/C that needs frequent recharging
- 03Compressor clutch not engaging or cycling rapidly
- 04Weak heat, cold spots or defroster not clearing
- 05Blower dead on some or all speeds
- 06Musty smell from the vents
§ 02 Our approach
How we handle a/c & heating
Truck A/C systems take a beating from vibration and road debris. Instead of simply adding refrigerant, we check pressures, find leaks with dye or electronic detection, and inspect the compressor, condenser, dryer and expansion components. A system that is just recharged usually loses that charge again.
On the heating side, we diagnose heater control valves, blend doors, blower motors and resistors, and coolant flow to the heater core. Sleeper HVAC gets checked as well, so drivers rest properly on their off-duty time.
§ 03 How the job runs
Four steps, start to finish
Measure
High and low side pressures and vent temperatures recorded.
Find leaks
Dye or electronic leak detection across the system.
Repair
Leaking or failed components replaced, dryer serviced.
Recharge
Evacuated, vacuum-tested and charged to specification.
§ 04 Scope

Every job is quoted in writing first. Here’s what this service typically covers.
- A/C performance and pressure check
- Refrigerant leak detection
- Compressor, condenser and dryer replacement
- Evacuate, vacuum test and recharge
- Blower motor and resistor repair
- Heater valve and control diagnosis
- Sleeper HVAC inspection
§ 05 FAQ
A/C & Heating questions
Why does my A/C need recharging every summer?
Because there is a leak. Refrigerant doesn’t get used up. We find and repair the leak, then recharge the system.
Can A/C repairs be done on-site?
Many A/C repairs, including leak testing and recharging, can be done at your location.
Do you repair sleeper heaters?
We diagnose and repair sleeper HVAC systems and blower controls. For fuel-fired auxiliary heaters, call to confirm the model.
