§ 02 Our approach
How we handle transmission & clutch
Clutch and transmission complaints often start somewhere else: a worn release bearing, a stretched linkage, a leaking air supply to the shift system or a driveline angle problem. We check those first, because fixing the cause is what makes a new clutch last.
Our work covers clutch replacement and adjustment, clutch brakes, shift linkages and air supply, automated manual transmission diagnostics and calibration, U-joints, driveshafts and carrier bearings, axle seals, and differential fluid service. Where a transmission needs a full rebuild, we coordinate the job and handle removal and installation.
§ 03 How the job runs
Four steps, start to finish
Road test
We feel the complaint and check clutch free play and shift quality.
Diagnose
Linkage, air supply, codes and driveline angles reviewed.
Repair
Clutch, linkage or driveline components replaced to spec.
Calibrate
Adjustments and automated shift calibrations completed.

§ 05 FAQ
Transmission & Clutch questions
How do I know if my clutch needs replacing?
Slipping under load, a high engagement point after adjustment, burning smell or chatter when pulling away are common signs. We can measure free play and remaining adjustment to tell you how much life is left.
Do you work on automated manual transmissions?
Yes. We diagnose and repair automated manual transmissions, including clutch calibration and shift faults, using heavy-duty diagnostic software.
Can you fix driveline vibrations?
Yes. We check U-joints, carrier bearings, driveshaft balance and angles to find the source of speed-related vibrations.
